Meaning:

When someone who tried to intimate another person, they will flinch(움찔하다) quickly towards that person, and exercise a quick widening of the eyes, in effort to scare away the supposed moron(바보,멍청이) who tried to intimate them in the first place.

처음 있는 장소에서, 누군가가 다른 사람에게 친밀하게 대하려 할 때(e.g. 이성적으로) 곧바도 그 사람들(바보, 멍청이)을 향해 눈을 크게 뜨고 노려보는 행동.
